Best Trailers of 2009: Terminator Salvation

terminator salvation bale worthington I think James Cameron best described Terminator Salvation when he said that it was good, but it lacked a certain Je ne sais quoi. It didn’t reinvent the mythos, and it wasn’t that special in any way, unlike the first two Terminator movies. However despite poor US box office takings and negative-mixed reviews it did have a few cool trailers. The trailer below is probably the best one, and it was nominated for a 2009 Golden Trailer Award. I actually like this trailer more than I liked the film.

The trailer was solid, but I have to say, "Terminator Salvation" is an abomination.

For a very long time, "Terminator 2: Judgement Day" has been one of my most adored films. I didn't expect T4 to come close to it, but I did expect it to carry on the torch of the Terminator universe.

I'm going to refrain from lambasting T4 here as I have a five page article on it I started the day after its release that I really should resume as my outlet for my thoughts on it.
