Rosie Huntington-Whiteley confirmed for Transformers 3

Earlier this week we heard that Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley may have landed a role in Transformers 3 replacing Megan Fox as Sam Witwicky’s love interest. Well today Deadline confirmed that Rosie has indeed won the role, and has beat competition from the likes of The House Bunny actress Sarah Wright and swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker.

Director Michael Bay has apparently worked with her on several Victoria’s Secret campaigns, so he didn’t need to film her washing his Ferrari like he did with Megan Fox. Whiteley will be filming her first scene at some point over the next few weeks, as filming is already underway.
