RoboCop Poster Revealed!

I have heard rumblings that they were threatening to remake RoboCop but I didn’t think they would actually go through with it. However, today at the Licensing International Expo 2008 in New York City a poster was revealed, showing the head of Roboman himself and the words ‘Coming 2010′.

Is anyone looking forward to RoboCop being brought back onto the big screen?

The first one was a product of the 80's and is accepted for what it is.. violent fun of the time. Now.. I am not sure I want to see a remake. I don't want it over hyped with CGI and I don't want it dumbed down for a PG-13.

Cronenberg was slated for the part…I think Robocop is a classic and is was a shame they did 2 & I think 3 and so on.

I would pay $100 or more to see a version done by Cronenberg. I believe he already has a few script versions.

Well I guess that really depends on whether the actor fits in the suit or not.

Robocop is a classic. The first part was great. Two was o.k. and the rest sucked. i agree with patrick.

If it’s Cronenberg – yes. Otherwise, I am really not interested in seeing it remade.
