While Rachel McAdams would be my first choice and Elisha Cuthbert as my second choice. I would go with Julia Stiles before Ann Hathaway. While Hathaway is a good actress, i agree she seems to sweet to be in a role like Black Cat.

I like Julia Stiles over Anne Hathaway as Black Cat, but, I'm sure she could pull it off.
I think Hathaway's too sweet looking. Julia Stiles looks like she can be a badass.
Rachel McAdams would have been my first choice though.
