Whip It! trailer

whipitpicThe trailer for Whip It! has appeared online over at Yahoo! The film stars Ellen Page as a rebellious teenager who signs up to play the brutal roller-derby against her mother’s will, finding friendship and freedom among the bruises and falls. This is Drew Barrymore’s first outing as director, and it doesn’t look that bad. Watch the trailer below!

    Great movie, I really enjoyed it but surprisingly, the only mis-cast character was Drew Barrymore! She did a good job directing and her acting was fine, but she just doesn't make it as a “tough guy”. I think she was having an inside joke!
