Let me know when you get the guts to say who you referred to when you said "he." If you were talking about me, I am the exact OPPOSITE of your insult-laden description. I merely pointed out that there was no rape in the movie, so the stupid "brutal" headline on this page is nonsense – deal with it.

Sounds like a lot of hysterical crusaders are awfully let down that it didn't happen. They were all set to boycott and came up with nothing.

But of course nobody should rape anyone, and women shouldn't feel they have to dress like half-baked hookers in order to seem "appealing." As to rotting in hell, it sounds like you Jesus freak types are already going through hell on earth. Enjoy!

It doesn't take a lawyer to know that attempted assault is not the far more serious charge of rape. It just takes common sense.

Depending on the circumstances, rape can often also involve a host of other charges, including battery, harassment, lewd conduct and even kidnapping, etc.

Therefore, while I was not being insensitive, you however seem determined to remain ignorant of the law.

Baloney. An interrupted rape by definition is NOT a rape. An interrupted robbery is not a robbery, and so on. What you have left is instead a case of sexual assault, and an attempted one at that.

So they keep the rape scene and Snyder tries to be controversial by making it "brutal", but he wont keep the original ending on account of it being too violent…
