the actess name is Rhona Mitra who started in Underworld 3. Rhona Mitra is actually used to model as Lara Croft in the UK so it makes sense she play the character. plus shes British so the accent wont eb hard for her at all.

Im also glad Angelina won't be back (most likely). I think there are better actresses out there that would help the movie. With such a big name as Jolie, I think it will pull away from the "revamping" of the storyline, causing bad http://www.everhype.com/?utm_source=bc“target=”_blank”>movie reviews like the last sequel.

I'm glad Jolie will not be back. I think she is the most over rated actress ever. She was terrible as Lara Croft.

But I don't think Megan Fox could play her any better. What about casting that chick who is starring in Underworld 3? Her name escapes me right now, but I think she has the look for the part.

The most important thing to make sure they get a good script FIRST. Then cast it. It doesn't matter who stars in it, it will stink if they don't get a good story.

p.s. is there going to be a reboot of Mortal Kombat cause MK was distributed by New Line Cinema. Now New Line Cinema is a division of Warner Bros. so maybe Warner Bros might do a reboot of Mortal Kombat film.
