In an article by THR about the ongoing legal battle between Warner Bros. and tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill it is revealed that the studio has set The Hangover 2 DVD and Blu-ray release date for early December. Now we can confirm the DVD and Blu-ray release will be December 6th.

      Rappers using other rappers beats is not legal if they sell them on albums or attempt to make money off them, they’d have to give a percentage to the original beat producer and The artist.     Ok. It’s not as simple as just throwing money and saying “fuck off”. If he does in fact own rights to the tattoo (which is fucking retarded) then WB will have to pay him for each time the tattoo is shown in the movie which is ALOT. Even 1 million may not be enough to cover the royalties needed. I agree that removing the tattoo would be stupid because Tyson punches helms out for getting the ink in the movie. HOW CAN YOU REMOVE THAT SCENE?! its a major contributor to the film! I still think the tattoo artist needs to stop being a greedy Maori and just realize that people love his work and feel a sense of accomplishment that his artwork is being plastered all over a movie. Of course he is entitled to some royalties because he owns rights to it but for fuck sake he should be this greedy! Take some cash and get listed in the credits. Getting paid for being advertised!
