The first trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan has been released online and is a must see if you are a fan of Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis or Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis kissing.

Girl on girl action aside, Black Swan looks like a great return to psychological horror by Aronofsky after a 10 year absence. Since Requiem for a Dream the director worked on The Fountain and resurrected Mickey Rourke’s career with The Wrestler, but now he’s back doing what he does best.

Here’s the official synopsis for the film:

BLACK SWAN follows the story of Nina (Portman), a ballerina in a New York City ballet company whose life, like all those in her profession, is completely consumed with dance. She lives with her retired ballerina mother Erica (Barbara Hershey) who zealously supports her daughter’s professional ambition. When artistic director Thomas Leroy (Vincent Cassel) decides to replace prima ballerina Beth MacIntyre (Winona Ryder) for the opening production of their new season, Swan Lake, Nina is his first choice. But Nina has competition: a new dancer, Lily (Kunis), who impresses Leroy as well. Swan Lake requires a dancer who can play both the White Swan with innocence and grace, and the Black Swan, who represents guile and sensuality. Nina fits the White Swan role perfectly but Lily is the personification of the Black Swan. As the two young dancers expand their rivalry into a twisted friendship, Nina begins to get more in touch with her dark side with a recklessness that threatens to destroy her.

Black Swan will be screening at the Venice and Toronto Film Festivals this year and will be released by Fox Searchlight on December 1st.

The trailer for Date Night, which stars Tina Fey and Steve Carell, is now online. The pair play a boring couple who are in need of some excitement, so they go on a date. Steve Carell becomes a little spontaneous and takes up a reservation that wasn’t his. Common then turns up and wants to kill them. How’s that for excitement?

We also see a few small appearances from Mark Wahlberg, James Franco and Mila Junis.

Date Night is directed by Shawn Levy (Night of the Museum) and will be released next April.

The full theatrical trailer for The Book of Eli has appeared online and contains more badassery from Mr. Denzel Washington. In the film Washington plays a lone man who fights his way across America in order to protect a sacred book. The book provides knowledge which could redeem society, however he isn’t the only man who wants it. Gary Oldman wants it too.

The Book of Eli is directed by brothers Albert and Allen Hughes (From Hell), and will be released on January 15th 2010.

In the article actress Mila Junis revealed her worries about trying to please video-game fans.

“I made the mistake of stumbling on an Internet site of fans and what they thought of the casting,” she says. “I hope I don’t cross them on the street before the movie. Maybe they’ll change their minds when I’m in leather pants and bustier.”
