Second Alice in Wonderland poster

Another Alice in Wonderland poster has been revealed on The Disloyal Subjects of the Mad Hatter Facebook page. This one shows Alice herself, played by Mia Wasikowska, and the White Rabbit who will be voiced by Michael Sheen.

You can check out the poster we got a few days ago here! And we will most likely be getting a third poster before the end of the week.

The trailer for Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland has finally arrived for our viewing pleasure. It actually appeared online yesterday in low quality and Disney spent a good few hours trying to remove it. But the high quality version is here and can be seen below!

It looks as weird and wonderful as I expected. You can definitely see where the 3D elements will kick in. I’m looking forward to the next trailer so we can see a bit more of Tim Burton’s world.

Disney have decided they’ve had enough providing us with weird and wonderful images of Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter and will be releasing the teaser trailer for Alice in Wonderland this week! However, there is a catch. If you want to see it before anyone else you have to join one of three Facebook groups by Thursday, July 23, at 7pm EST.

The fan page with the most followers at 4pm on July 24th gets first look at the teaser trailer. The Mad Hatter is currently in the lead by a wide margin (I hope Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter don’t take it personally) so if you want to see the teaser early I suggest you join that one.

However, if you aren’t a fan of falling prey to studio marketing gimmicks then just wait a little while longer and it will pop up on Youtube eventually. You will also find it embedded here, so check back Friday!

First Look At Mia Wasikowska As Alice

A website that goes by the name of INF got their hands on our first look at Mia Wasikowska on set as Alice, from Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. The filming took place in Cornwall, England, and just yesterday it was confirmed that Johnny Depp would be playing The Madd Hatter.

Mia Wasikowska Is Tim Burton’s Alice!

According to The Hollywood Reporter Australian actress Mia Wasikowska is in final negotiations to star as Alice in Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. Burton has been looking for his Alice for quite a while, so she must have something special about her. Mia can next be seen in Defiance alongside Daniel Craig and Liev Schreiber, and then in Amelia alongside Hilary Swank, Ewan McGregor and Richard Gere.

Alice in Wonderland will be shot with live-action and performance-capture footage and presented in 3-D. Filming is expected to begin in November, so expect more casting announcements in the upcoming months. I’ll put my money on Helena Bonham Carter playing the Queen of Hearts.
