Marvel Vice Chairman Peter Cuneo was asked about the status of Spiderman 4 today. Recently there have been rumours that Spiderman 4 and 5 will shoot back to back, however that was not mentioned.

With X-Men, Spiderman, Fantastic Four and now Iron Man all making millions with a PG-13 rating, Marvel have decided that there is no need for them to go down the R-Rated route.
