Universal have decided to change Wanted’s release date around a little. Instead of having it released on a fairly competition-less March 28th to a rather crowded June 27th. The new date will mean it is opened against Pixar’s WALL-E and Tom Cruise’s Valkyrie. They have obviously done this for a reason, maybe they think it is more of a summer blockbuster than a spring chicken. March worked well for 300 this year, but that was mainly from the hype created, I don’t see that kind of hype for Wanted
