UGO received the final poster for Prince of Perisa: The Sands of Time which features Jake Gyllenhaal as Dastan, Gemma Arterton as Tamina, and Ben Kingsley as Nizam. I’m sure the marketing guys at Disney could have come up with something a bit more creative, but it does it’s job.

Set in medieval Persia, the story of an adventurous prince who teams up with a rival princess to stop an angry ruler from unleashing a sandstorm that could destroy the world. Which is why after the prince was tricked by a dying Vizier to unleash the Sands of Time that turns out to destroy a kingdom and transforms its populace into ferocious demons. In his effort to save his own kingdom and redeem his fatal mistake, it’s up to the prince and the princess to return the sands to the hourglass by using the Dagger of Time, which also gives him a limited control over the flow of time.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time will be released on May 28th.

Disney has released a second trailer for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The first trailer has been keeping me entertained for the past few months, so it’s good to have another epic trailer to stick on repeat. This new one explains more of the story and showcases a bunch of special effects heavy scenes, which are probably completed by now seeing as though the film was originally going to be released last summer.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Ben Kingsley, Gemma Arterton, Alfred Molina and will be released on May 28th.

Yahoo! has posted a second behind the scenes featurette for Louis Leterrier’s Clash of the Titans. The focus on this one seems to be on how much of a cool action epic the film will be, with comments on the special effects, stunts and action from Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Sam Worthington and Gemma Arterton. We also see a few shots of filming, along with the usual footage we’ve seen from the trailers.

Clash of the Titans stars Sam Worthington as Perseus, a man born of a god and raised as a man who is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth.

Titans will be unleashed on April 2nd.

“It is, by definition, epic” – Sir Ben Kinglsey, this new featurette

IGN got their hands on another featurette for Disney’s Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. This one focuses on how ‘epic’ the film be and we see shots of the vast Moroccan landscape, scenes involving hundreds of extras, and a bunch of guys riding ostriches. While on the subject of mounting exotic creatures, did I mention Gemma Arterton is looking rather…hot?

With the Super Bowl comes many movie TV spots and trailers, and Disney decided to spend a few million advertising Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The TV spot doesn’t contain a lot of new footage, but it shows off the films special effects brilliantly, and that’s what people will no doubt be interested in. Watch below!

IGN has received a new international trailer for Clash of the Titans. We’ve seen a lot of the footage in previous trailers, however this trailer gives us a few new scenes and there’s a lot more talking. The prospect of seeing Liam Neeson as Zeus having a Godly rant in 3D should be enough to make everyone see this during its opening weekend.

Earlier this month we saw a featurette for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time which focused on Dastan, played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Now Disney has released another featurette which focuses on the dagger, which has the power to turn back time. Again we see small snippets of interviews with director Mike Newell, Jerry Bruckheimer, Gyllenhaal, and Gemma Arterton, and we get a look at some new footage.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time will be released next May.

Yahoo! have posted a new Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time featurette which centers on Dastan, played by Jake Gyllenhall. We see lots of new action scenes, and it’s clear the film will contain many sequences involving parkour-style fighting and jumping. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Mike Newell provide a few sound bits, and we get our first look at Alfred Molina who seems to be playing the comic relief.

The first trailer for Clash of the Titans is now online! When I first saw it I wasn’t too sure on the music, however after watching it a few more times it grew on me. The footage itself looks amazing and I’m glad we’ve only got to wait till March to see this.

IGN teamed up with Prince of Persia game creator Jordan Mechner and together they dissect the new trailer for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, revealing some behind the scene info in the process. They rewind, pause, and slow-mo the trailer down to give us a better look at some of the stuff we have probably missed. They focus a lot of the dagger, and talk about what Jerry Bruckheimer and director Mike Newell have added to the movie which wasn’t in any of the games.
