A couple of new promo pics landed on the Internet over the weekend for next summer’s The Dark Knight.
Check out the new pictures of Batman & The Joker! The picture of Batman allows us to see his new suit a bit better. It’s a bit of a departure, but I kinda dig it. Also, The Joker looks pretty badass.
In what can only be described as an “image orgy,” here are a few new pictures that have appeared online throughout the day.
First up, we have some new stills from Iron Man.
Next, Wizard got a look at another new image of The Joker from next summer’s The Dark Knight.
And finally, in what I’m sure all of you have been dying to see, the newly updated KITT from the new Knight Rider series.
IMAX have a featurette for Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight. The featurette shows the crew filming some scenes for the sequel with IMAX technology, and a few words to go along with it. If your a hardcore Batman fan this will excite you hugely, you get to see Batman himself jumping from a building, explosions and the Batmobile.
The New York Times spoke to Heath Ledger about his role in The Dark Knight. Playing the iconic character seems to be taking its tole on the actor…
He is here in London filming the latest episode of the “Batman” franchise, “The Dark Knight.” It is a physically and mentally draining role — his Joker is a “psychopathic, mass-murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy” he said cheerfully — and, as often happens when he throws himself into a part, he is not sleeping much.
“Last week I probably slept an average of two hours a night,” he said
