The Spirit Trailer

The Spirit trailer appeared online a day or two ago in YouTube form with the word ‘leaked’ in the title. It was obviously removed by the request of Lionsgate however now it has been officially released and you can watch it below.

Some people are saying this looks like ‘some weird, avant-garde soft core porn film’. The visuals look rather different and this is the first solo try at directing a film by Frank Millar.

    I'd say it looks like Miller is making a movie that doesn't capture the “Spirit” of the Wil Isner comic. That was a 1930s/40s detective noir look with quirky characters and a seedy depression era look to it.

    This looks like a music video or perfume add. Is he going to put all those women in it? The comic stories usually had one or two per story.
