I have no idea where this movie came from but it looks very cool. Repo Men takes place in the near future where artificial organs can be bought on credit, but if people don’t keep up their payments Jude Law and Forest Whitaker go after them to literally cut the organs out.
Things start to go wrong for Jude Law when a ‘repossession’ doesn’t go according to plan and he wakes up in a hospital bed with a brand new heart. He obviously can’t afford this so the very organisation he once worked for is now after him. It’s like Minority Report but with artificial organs instead of visions.
The film is directed by Miguel Sapochnik and the script comes from Eric Garcia and Garrett Lerner, who worked on House and Matchstick Men. Repo Men will be out next April.
