The family has tried to stop the all the movies from the begining. If they wanted money they wouldn't have done that. They are looking for a loop hole to stop the movie, not make money.....come on guys think about it. “Should the case go all the way to trial, we are confident that New Line will lose its rights to The Hobbit.” And I think it's crazy because if anything the movies only get more people interested in the books.
