The British Broadcasting Corporation, which is usually known simply as the BBC, recently visited the set of the next Bond film, Quantum of Solace. They showed it on TV yesterday and now it has found its way online. We get to see Bond girls Gemma Arterton and Olga Kurylenko filming a couple of scenes. Its also tell us that the desert scenes were shot in such a remote location that three helicopter trips had to be made every time equipment and crew had to be moved.
For some reason the person who uploaded it onto Youtube didn’t want anyone to embed it, so you’ll have to click this link to view it.
In other Bond news, Sony have announced that Quantum of Solace will be released a bit earlier in the UK, on October 31st. France and Belgium will get the film on November 5th, and Germany and the Netherlands get it a day later on November 6th. The USA will have to wait until November 7th to see it, which may seem like a long time, but try waiting half a month to see Cloverfield when everyone else on the internet had already had the pleasure of seeing it!
Update: We have a new featurette! Enjoy!
