New Moon release date

The head of Summit Entertainment needs someone to help him let all the air out of his inflated ego after he finally got to pocket some real money with Twilight.
I really just can't see New Moon working as well as Twilight with such a short amount of time before it's release, especially with a new director, possibly replacing a central actor, a fair amount of CG required, an expansion in general of the core cast (i.e. the native american boys who make up Jacob's pack, have you ever counted just how many teenage, native american boys are in hollywood or on stage? You really have to go look for them) as well as a location shoot in Italy. Oh and did I mention the problem of only having a rough -not a finished- script to work off of?
I'm honestly fearful for this production and I will eat my hat if it gets pulled off successfully (and I don't mean box office take, I mean quality standards... okay so as high a quality as a popcorn fantasy romance can have).

Part I - Keeping Taylor was a smart move. If Tom Cruise can be made to look tall I guess anyone can. If you need native americans go to Rapid City, South Dakota and visit a reservation - you can see what a reservation really looks like. New Moon is a very important part of the Twilight saga. Much background information is provided re werewolfs, Volturi, feelings of Cullen family about wanting/not wanting Bella to change b/c of their personal experiences and the list goes on. Edward should not be present alot in the next movie - maybe a voice or flash only .

PART II - The story is about many people and how their lives are affected by the relationship of Bella and Edward. As far as the script - I try to look at the positive and know that there are professionals working on the set and script. If the script isn't "concrete" then the actual artists/writer are free to do what they're best at. I WOULD suggest the following: (1) Summit resolve not to continue to publicize one problem after another regarding the movie to the public - alittle mystery would be beneficial; and (2) keep the movie close to the book. I personally am GLAD when people make money, especially when they're deserving and have taken many risks to get where they are. Congratulations Summit!

Hurrying and making the movie is a smart move because in the books the Cullens never change ...but in life people change...keeping the same actors in a big thing...you don't start a series of movies with diferent actors in each movie...Edward is not shown alot in the movie..but make sure he is not forgotten....don't change the movie from the book...

First of all...go back to 3rd grade. Your grammar sucks. Additionally, you can't spell. Also, your "double negative" indicates that "this Michael guy" can in fact act. You're an idiot.

i dont think that replacing the character jacob for another would be a very good idea, I do think that the guy they are purposing to take his plac is attractive but i dont think i would be as intersted as i am now. I hate that when they always have sequels and go and replace the original characters with some one else it ruins it if you ask me, makes is seem less realistic. When Jacob gets older as the book/movies progress that would be okay, but as for now im againts it. I have read all the books 2x and i think for now, they should leave every thing they have started with as is.

ya, like it would be kinda stupid to replace a charecter with another actor cez everyone would be like, "what? who the hell are they" and then it would just be this whole big issue between all the fans and well, ya it would just cuse a big problem. and the film producer would get all these complaint emals...... so everything should stay the way it is now to avod mad fans. PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ! don't replace Jacob. When I ound out they might replace Taylor Lautner with that guy from King Scorpian 2, i was soooo peeved. I think Taylor is perfect for the character. I am SUCH a big fan of the series, I have read all the books(3 times ;b) and Taylor is just the way I imagined Jacob. DON'T CHANGE HIM!!!!
