IESB got a chance to talk to Michelle Monaghan regarding the rumours that she was in the running to play Silver Fox in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. When I first read it I didn’t know who Michelle Monaghan was, so I naturally ran to Google to find out a bit more about her. To my surprise she has been in a number of films I have seen, such as Constantine and Mr and Mrs Smith. She has also had roles in The Bourne Supremacy, Gone Baby Gone and Mission: Impossible III. Here is what IESB got:
IESB’s Silas Lesnick is in Riverside, California this afternoon visiting the set of Eagle Eye and had the chance to talk to Michelle about the role of Silver Fox. She confirmed the reports that she is indeed in the running. She admits that she would love to work with Hugh but that she has not signed on just yet. She added that they are trying find a schedule that will allow her to join the X-Men Mutants down in Australia.
So the rumour had a bit of truth in it. Would you like her as Silver Fox, or would you prefer a different actress?
