J.K. Simmons Talks Spider-Man 4

jk-simmons-spiderman2.gifJ.K. Simmons is best known for his roles in recently released Juno, playing the father of Ellen Page’s character. As well as newspaper editor, J. Jonah Jameson, in the Spiderman trilogy. His character bargained unsuccessfully with a young girl to get a camera during the Sandman/Venom/Spiderman/Harry showdown in Spiderman 3. Simmons is a great character actor and made Jonah Jameson a likeable character, with added comic relief. I laughed awkwardly when Peter Parker started dancing in the street, but I actually laughed at the newspaper editors rants and instant decision making. Will be be in the ‘currently being written’ Spiderman 4? He spoke to JUDAO.com.br about his status:

“There’s talking and talking, on the character, on the possible movie. I’ve received several calls. But nothing firm on that. [...] I do expect to be on the fourth movie, though. I hope so. I’m really able to do it and will be great playing that character again.”
