A few weeks ago we got our first look at the trailer for the upcoming Iron Man 3, and now we’ve gotten a slightly different version. Some devoted fans have put together an extermly low budget shot for shot remake of the trailer, using things like cardboard and toys.
For the past few years swedes have been cropping up all over the internet, sometimes as trailers, sometimes as shortened versions of films. The term swede comes from Michel Gondry’s Be Kind Rewind, with Gondray encouraging fans to make their own swedes.
The group who created the Iron Man 3 swede, Dumb Drum, are no strangers to swedeing trailers for superhero films; they’ve already done sweded versions of both The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises trailers.
