Jon Favreau is plugging away at the post production for next year’s Iron Man 2, the sequel to the film that opened the summer of The Dark Knight and managed to provide a lighter, but just as entertaining, counterpoint to dark superhero cinema.
Part of the new Iron Man is, of course, new suits. Maybe it’s just for toys or maybe the plot has some extemporaneous solution as to why Iron Man needs a different kind of armor. I guess the pummeling Tony Stark got at the end of the first film might mean he has to build again from scratch.

Iron Man 2 hits theaters on May 7th 2010 and see the return of Robert Downey Jr and Gwyneth Paltrow to the franchise, with a dash of Scarlett Johansson and Mickey Rourke to spice things up.

Can't wait for the movie! But, wouldn't that suit be the Mark IV (4), and not VI (6), as your title says?
Hehe, strike everything after “Can't wait for the movie!”… xD
But how long will this movie be?
I mean, if they're going to introduce THREE different Iron Man suits + War Machine, Whiplash, Black Widow, Justin Hammer, Nick Fury AND Tony Stark's alcoholism…?
That's a lot of stuff packed into one movie!
