Bryan Singer said the costumes in X-Men: First Class would have a more comic-book feel to them, and he was right. INF daily managed to snap some images from the set and got a good shot of January Jones as Emma Frost wearing “a short white coat, knee-high white boots, and a fuzzy white Russian hat.”

Very 60s. In the other images, which you can see here, she is surrounded by Russian guards and can be seen in a small helicopter, so I would bet this scene takes place in Russia.
The prequel will focus on Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) as they work together with other mutants to stop the Hellfire Club, an international social club for wealthy elites who seek to influence world events to their own agenda. Kevin Bacon will play the leader, Sebastian Shaw, along with January Jones as telepath Emma Frost.
The costume will obviously look much better on-screen with the right lighting etc. What do you think of Emma Frost’s look?
