The Incredible Hulk smashes its way onto our screens in June…and we haven’t even had a teaser trailer yet. We have Star Trek being released in a years time releasing a trailer, but we don’t even know what the green man looks like! I have a feeling they are getting a few special effects clips ready for the trailer. I expect to be wowed when I finally see it…whenever that may be. In the meantime we have interviews here and there to keep people on their toes. Edward Norton recently spoke to Total Film about the Hulk’s past, present and future.
“First off it’s utterly unrelated to that film,” he told the magazine. “This is in no way a response to it or picking up from it. I think like Chris Nolan and those guys did with Batman, we just said: ‘We’re going to start completely with our own version of this myth or saga.’”
“To me the whole thing was to envision it in multiple parts,” he said. “We left a lot out on purpose. It’s definitely intended as chapter one.”
So if the yet-to-appear trailer impressed enough people to see it in their millions, we will be getting a whole new Marvel trilogy.
