I'm sure both rumors are fake, the first was a rumor to bring the movie a worse rep than it has, which it certainly deserves. The second rumor is just a counter-rumor by some fanboy of the movie to bring hype to it because this certain fanboy would like to see more crappy sequels. But really, who wants to see Vegeta, Radditz, Nappa, and the Saibamen get ruined like they're doing with the King Piccolo-Piccolo Jr. sagas? They ruined Goku by casting that d-bag wimp as him, so I just hope they redo it in the future as an all-CGI movie.
