I would vote for the appearance of the Eight Doctor onwards.

Learning more of his life would be exciting and perhaps we can see a bit of the Time War.

Who knows (no pun intended)? Matt Smith may end up being a good Doctor. How cool would it be though if it had him, David Tennant and Christopher Eccleston were in it too though? A new "Three Doctors" :) Captain Jack's head could explode though.
