Deleted Half-Blood Prince scene

snape deathly hallowsHarry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released on DVD and Blu-ray next month (Amazon are currently selling the DVD for $10) and to gear people up Warner Bros. are starting to release some behind the scenes stuff, along with some deleted scenes that didn’t make it into the movie.

The scene below gives us an extended look at the students and professors as the clouds darken before the Death Eaters invasion. I can’t really see why it was cut down, but I’m sure they have their reasons.

    This is a super good scene, at least it gives some kind of like.. insight on the internal struggle going on with Draco and Snape. That whole last battle part was so rushed. Oh, wait, there was no battle. Oy.
    This scene should have been put in, if only to just make up for the lack of the battle scene at the end.

    Wow – I got into the film room about 10 minutes in but my friend told me how it started – if I'd've seen it in time with this in it, I think I would have peed myself… O.O Very scary… But I like it. =3

    Is this song part of the soundtrack to the movie or not? it´s deleted scene, so I don´t know… how could I get it? It´s really beautiful

    This is a great scene they should? have shown it in the movie, I mean the moment with snape and choir in the background is great, it gives me chills cause it's like in snape's mind “it's time”. awsome
