I apologize to anyone who has been reading the site over the past week or so and has seen nothing but Wolverine updates. This week has been crazy with casting news, but it will no doubt die down next week…hopefully. The latest casting news is that Daniel Henney has joined the cast, and will be playing Agent Zero, a member of the Weapon X program and an expert tracker with lethal marksman skills. Here is an image OWF conjured up.

In other news a female stunt double who has worked on X-Men Origins: Wolverine has spoke a little about what she had to do. This may contain spoilers so if you do not want to know about this scene then scroll down past the quote! Now!

Her “scariest” task was to drive an old two-wheel-drive ute along narrow gravel roads at about 80kmh. “Every time you see that character in a car, that’s actually me.” She also had the “unexpected” job of kissing Jackman’s double. “Definitely no tongue involved,” she adds. Scenes were shot in Glenorchy, Shotover Canyon and Dunedin, finishing last week.

The last Wolverine update for today comes from Moviehole who have info about a filming location.

Clint, Just a bit of info re WOLVERINE. I work on Cockatoo Island on Sydney Harbour. For your information, they are filming there over the next few months. Currently building sets etc. Lots of night shooting coming up apparentely. At this stage due to finish there in May. If you use this, please don’t use my name. Cheers

So the cast is finally shaping up and will hopefully be complete soon. It seems there are some rather cool scenes being shot and the rest of filming will take place in Australia, after a few weeks in New Zealand. Things look good for the Wolfster!
