Mi6 has confirmed that Daniel Craig is signed to appear in at least 2 more Bond films after Skyfall, which would make him the third longest serving James Bond actor in history of the franchise.
It’s worth noting that Craig could be released before completing his contract as Sean Connery and Timothy Dalton were, but it looks like Sony and EON Productions are happy with Craig being 007 for the foreseeable future.
Earlier this year we heard that Sony were hoping to get back into a 2 year cycle again after the 4 year delay between Quantum of Solace and Skyfall. This means we can probably expect Bond 24 to hit in late-2014.
