    So, these two are the only movies where "a boy meets girl, loses her, travels the world, and finds her again"? Oh, please, that's just one very basic form of plot. Buttons and Gump are still whole different movies.

    Finally! Watching this movie, it occurred to me immediately, that this was just an overlay of the storyline for Gump, with a reverse time line to forward the Button story. I guess this is another benefit to dumbing down the population, and shortening our collective attention span. We get the same movies every few years.
