Batman 3 does need a new villain that never been seen on the big screen thats why i think Black Mask would be a great choice also there is a rumour that Blask Mask was going to be in the TDK but they changed their mind. Personally, I think they should not include any villains already done before (Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Riddler, or Mr. Freeze). There is such a wealth of people to choose that haven't been done before, use them, and absolutely no robin. That being said, the likelihood of Batman 3 breaking TDKs records is pretty damn slim, so don't shoot for that, because you will only fail if you do.
