Personally, I think they should not include any villains already done before (Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Riddler, or Mr. Freeze). There is such a wealth of people to choose that haven't been done before, use them, and absolutely no robin. That being said, the likelihood of Batman 3 breaking TDKs records is pretty damn slim, so don't shoot for that, because you will only fail if you do.
