Danny Huston Is Wolverine’s Stryker!

StrykerDanny Huston When Liev Schreiber was originally cast in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, people thought he would be playing a younger version of Stryker, played by Brian Cox in X2. However, it turned out Liev was in fact playing Sabretooth, which left the role wide open. Rumours of Dexter's Michael C. Hall floated around briefly, but now it appears the role belongs to Danny Huston. Joblo say that he is already on location in New Zealand prepping for his part. Danny Huston has had roles…

The Happening International Teaser

From M. Night Shyamalan, director of The Sixth Sense, Signs and...Lady In The Water, comes The Happening. From the trailer things look interesting. People suddenly start to kill themselves left right and center, and Mark Wahlberg is there to see everything unfold and to save his family. This looks quite disturbing, so here's hoping Shyamalan has finally returned to making great movies. His last one was Signs, and that had a few problems with it here and there. Here is The Happening...

Del Toro Talks Hobbit, Lawsuits And Cast!

I have posted a lot of things about The Hobbit recently, and Guillermo Del Toro's name has been in 99% of it. The 'nearly Hobbit director' spoke to Empire about: His status on the film: "I wish it was definite, but it isn’t,” he told us. “It’s still in talks, there are still a lot of 'T's to cross and 'I's to dot. Shia LaBeouf Says Transformers 2 Will Be Massive!

Shia LaBeoufHaving just posted the Indian Jones trailer, and now this, I have realised that Shia LaBeouf is one lucky bastard! He has become buddies with one of the best directors in the business, Steven Spielberg, and has been in practically every cool movie Spielberg has done since! I wouldn't be surprised if LeBeouf makes an appearance in Jurassic Park 4 or even Spielberg's Abraham Lincoln movie. Anyway, now the strike is over they can get to work on Transformers 2. Director Michael Bay has already said that he has written the script…

Some Good News And Some Bad News For Star Trek Fans!

I'll start with the bad news first. Paramount have decided to push back the release date of JJ Abrams’ Star Trek from December 25th 2008 to May 8th 2009. Apparently it is part of a reshuffle that is going on over at Paramount, however there could be other reasons. Which brings me onto the good news. /Film say that JJ Abrams was frustrated during filming because he could not change the script due to the writers strike. Now that the strike is over, he may want to go back and change a…
